Hole Fifteen

The tee on Devil’s Dyke gives fantastic views across Newmarket to the surrounding countryside.  The gallops in front of the tee and all the way down the right of this normally downwind hole are in play but will present a tough second shot, if you can find your ball. The only hole on the course without bunkers, the elevated green is protected at the front by our own “valley of sin” which will trap any mishit or under-clubbed approach. Be too aggressive, however, and you will be greeted with a difficult chip from below the level of the green onto a downhill slope.
