Aside from Horseracing, this quaint Suffolk town, just 55 miles from London, offers the society golfer plenty of opportunities for sports viewing, restaurants from around the world, tearooms, and a mix of quiet backstreet or lively high street bars and nightlife. And in the morning, famous Newmarket sausages served for breakfast will rejuvenate the golfer ready for the 1st tee.
Remember, horses have right of way in the High Street and on the Golf Course!

Society bookings (12 or more players) are welcomed Monday to Thursday, and Friday after 10.00am, by prior booking with the Club Manager.
We’ll help you to tailor your requirements for golf and hospitality to suit your group. For example, 18 or 36 holes of golf started with bacon rolls or full English breakfast. Our special Society Menu offers lunch and/or dinner, served in our club or private dining room.
All golfers will enjoy the excellent practice facilities and a well-maintained golf course to ensure everyone has a memorable day. Our Pro Shop and Clubhouse staff will be on hand to guarantee you a warm welcome and look after your every need.
